An automatic edge bending machine EBM 250 and covering treating 4 sides.
The edge bending machine serves ready for covering of furniture element edges traditionally with an elastofol (standotron) border as well as with and PVC ABS borders. The border maximal thickness cannot exceed 3 mm.
The term "ready covering" is understood as of performing the following operations in an automatic cycle and one additional operation:
- glue applying on a board edge;
- gluing the border;
- glue excess longitudinal milling flush with the board;
- the border complete rounding of 2 mm thick;
- cutting the border front and end flush with the board.
