The machine is equipped with and excellent quality wheeled system that together with the portal low weight makes that the plotter is one of the speedest machines available on our market. The machine can be used for hand and automatic cutting. It is equipped with a digital controller that enables cutting out complicated shapes. The machine proves itself very well in the shipbuilding, machine-building and power industry. In VNC1 has been applied a precise system of ways in X and Y axes. The burner operation is controlled by Sino-USA electronic production system that is characterized by a high precision and eliminates the errors occurred during operation. The machine is very easy in programming. A manual programming is possible for simple shapes and automatic one for more complicated figures. The cut out pattern and the burner motion are shown on a display.
For easy programming, to the machine is attached an original FastCAM software. The software is in Polish language thanks to which work is easier.
FastCAM is a technological program type CAD/CAM serving for design and definition of cutting paths for the elements cut out on CNC burning machines. The program is installed in an office in a PC or a portable computer. After defining the way of cutting a ready control code is obtained that should be transferred to the machine control system. FastCAM program is a basic element of our machines.

BASIC INFORMATION

• User friendly interface – easy operation even for persons who have never worked in programs type FastCAM.
• Drawings import in *.txt format from any program type e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc..
• MAKRO – a standard shapes library enables creating figures without the necessity of their drawing in CAD system. The program makes 2D figures accessible.
• NESTING – an optimal sheet metal use thanks to automatic elements arrangement on a sheet.
• DEMO – it shows a working cycle (a path) without switching the plasma source or oxygen.

VOLTAGE HEIGHT REGULATOR

The machine is equipped with THC (a voltage control of the plasma torch/burner height). A precision control (+/- 0.1 mm) of the plasma torch/burner distance from a sheet metal during cutting. Higher accuracy and lack of defects that have capacitive sensors and roller dished disks. The controller parameters are taken automatically from the Automatic Cutting Parameters Selection table.
